A biologist, Giuseppe began his managerial career at a multinational pharmaceutical company. He has directed and managed various commercial lines over the years, also directly dealing with the scientific and technical training of the various company teams. Always interested in the development and professional growth of human resources, he has mainly engaged in the research and practical experimentation of innovative models of both managerial leadership and various leadership styles, with the aim of improving and optimizing synergy, integration and cooperation within the various working groups. 

Since 2011 he has been a partner and CEO of Qualiterbe srl, a Tuscan herbal and cosmetic company. His scientific knowledge, his managerial skills and his professional training have been enriched by participation in numerous training and teaching courses with a psychological orientation on group management and focus at the Study Center of the Community of Living Ethics in Città della Pieve, as well as a Master in Coaching at the Luiss University of Rome.
