co-creative and courageous, this Gathering will help lead us across the threshold into contact with the light-filled qualities of our Sun

We hold a powerful vision of moving toward a Solar Civilisation. This isn’t a new concept as our ancestors were also very connected with the sun and its Life-giving qualities. However, to build a Solar Civilisation – a living expression of joy, beauty and love – we must first create a ‘solar culture’ inside the field of our collective consciousness.

We are standing on the threshold of significant shifts in Human and Planetary consciousness.

We are being called toward an expression of our true nature of ‘unity and wholeness’ and invited to courageously reach up into the subtle, light-filled qualities of our Sun. and anchor them on earth.

Doing so moves us from a Planetary Civilisation to a Solar Civilisation.

The Call

To all who are moved to serve and know that only through unified group presence, action and cooperation will we enter into the ‘heart of the Sun’ and to all who are called to reveal this next phase of Life on Earth by making real the inner purpose and promise imprinted in the heart of the One Life.

The Gathering

Entering a shared space irradiated with Light and Love, we will seek to cross the threshold and come into a deeper relationship with the Magnet of Creation to expand our consciousness and to wholeheartedly embrace the ‘livingness’ of a Solar Civilisation.

Active Presence

This gathering will require our full and deeply committed presence. Experientially rooted and working in cooperation with all beings, the revelatory opportunity of this gathering requires our full presence and commitment

Where and when…

We will meet in the Community of Living Ethics in Umbria from 5th – 8th June 2025.

This Gathering will be held at the Hall of Culture, in the field of the Community of Living Ethics.

Welcome! This event will take place in the heart of the Community of Living Ethics, in the Hall of Culture. Our intention is to create a loving field, to share with the participants, that welcomes our group work.

COSTS: EARLY BIRD CLOSED

The prices shown cover most but not all of the costs that we will have in hosting this conference. We would welcome any additional donation that you feel you can make to help us cover all the costs. This donation can be added at the time of payment.

If you are 32 years old or less, you are eligible for an additional 10% discount. Just enter WELCOME2025 into the discount code section in the shopping cart. Please do not use this if you are 33 or over. Thank you.

The meals will be delicious and will be vegetarian. We will provide some basic foods for those with food intolerances or allergies but we cannot cater for all food needs. 
You will be entitled to six full meals if you book the Event + Meals option.
If you choose the all inclusive option, not only meals but also breakfasts will be included with the accommodation.

The room prices are per person based on double occupancy.

Unless you are booking with someone else, you will be sharing a room with another participant. Accommodation will be in one of our beautiful farmhouses (S. Michele, Urusvati or Igeia) with shared bathrooms.

We will be providing transport between the farmhouses and the main conference hall for those who do not have their own transport at fixed times.

Unfortunately we do not have disabled access to our farmhouses.

If you find you need to cancel your booking, you will be entitled to a full refund up to 15 days before the event. For subsequent cancellations, 25% of the cost will be retained.
